In my career of losing weight I have taken off 202# to date. I still have about 20-30 to go, but I am feeling better every day about where I am, and what I have done.
I often see sites by people who have lost a lot of weight offering advice on how they did it, and writing up eBooks for sale, and making subscription newslwtters and such. Maybe I should do the same, maybe it would help someone. That would make me extremely happy.
It’s a tough thing to zero in on. The journey has been so internal, and if I express it honestly the only real advice I have is – eat less, move more. That, as a basic course, is what works. The rest is all tricks, smarts, health and fluff.
